Born from the partnership of two women who each came to this work through their own journeys of faith, return, and rebuilding, Sacred Steps is the bridge between Jewish women everywhere and the sisters in Israel who are carrying unimaginable weight. Every step is a tefillah. Every partnership is a mitzvah. Every woman is held.

Shira Raymond, Co-Founder
Shira Raymond, Co-Founder Shira Raymond is a life transition coach, NLP practitioner, and clinical hypnotherapist committed to helping women rebuild their lives from the inside out. As co-founder of Sacred Steps and creator of Soulorah — the 90-day transformation program at the heart of this movement — she draws from her own profound personal transformation to guide women beyond feeling unseen or stuck, and into clarity, self-worth, and empowered direction. Through her work blending emotional healing, mindset mastery, and practical tools for lasting change, Shira empowers women to step into the next chapter of their lives — not only with faith, but with action.
Devorah Benarroch, Co-Founder
Devorah Benarroch, Co-Founder Devorah Benarroch is a visionary entrepreneur and community builder committed to creating platforms that inspire healing, connection, and transformation. As the founder of JewishHealingNetwork.com and a partner in Sacred Steps, she brings together women, wellness professionals, and leaders from around the world to foster unity and purpose-driven living. Through her work in holistic wellness, retreats, and business coaching, Devorah empowers individuals to align their lives and businesses with deeper meaning — helping them grow not only in success, but in impact.
